XPRECISION CUSTOM BOWSTRINGS WARRANTY

At Xprecision Custom Bowstrings, every string set is handmade with care using premium materials and inspected before it leaves our shop.

We stand behind our workmanship with a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Xprecision Custom Bowstrings are covered for one year from the original purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a covered issue is confirmed, Xprecision will repair or replace the affected string or cable at our discretion.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship issues such as:

  • Premature serving separation caused by workmanship
  • Serving failure not related to bow contact or improper setup
  • Material or construction defects
  • Excessive peep rotation caused by a verified string construction issue
  • Other workmanship-related failures confirmed by Xprecision

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or bow setup
  • Sharp edges, damaged cams, modules, cable guards or other bow components
  • Incorrect string or cable routing
  • Dry firing or other equipment failure
  • Accidents, misuse or neglect
  • Excessive heat, chemicals or improper storage
  • Alterations or modifications performed after delivery
  • Cutting, burning or damaging serving or string material
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect the performance or safety of the string set

String fuzzing and normal serving wear can occur over time and are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty Claims

If you believe you have a warranty issue, please contact Xprecision before removing, modifying or repairing the string set.

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • Order number, if available
  • Bow manufacturer and model
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the affected area

Additional photos or information may be requested to help determine the cause of the issue.

Resolution

Approved warranty claims will be handled by repair or replacement of the affected component.

Replacement strings or cables will be built to the original order specifications unless otherwise agreed upon.

Shipping costs related to a warranty claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Safety

If you notice damaged strands, severe serving separation, unusual wear or any condition that may affect the safe operation of your bow, stop shooting immediately and have the equipment inspected before further use.
